When you workout with us at TNB you will have the awesome experience of working with multiple coaches during your workouts. It’s one of the things that makes our semi private personalized training model so awesome.  Each of our coaches has a different background and years of experience that will help take your workout and your journey with us to a whole new level.  


Tash Weddle

Also the CEO of The New Beginnings Center, Tash holds the distinction of Master Strength Coach — the highest honor that can be achieved in the profession from the Collegiate Strength and Conditioning Association. She has held the position of strength & conditioning coach at Vanderbilt University, Purdue University, Kent State University and The University of Tennessee. Tash has personally coached over 1,000 clients across a range of sports, ages and abilities and guided them all towards their full potential.

Tash is a dedicated advocate for women and their abilities to push beyond stereotypes, self-doubts and self-imposed limits. She knows that health and fitness can be the very foundation to new beginnings and life transformations.

Gabe Teeple

A Tennessee native, Gabe brings fifteen years of strength & conditioning coaching experience with him to TNB Fitness.  His past endeavors include coaching collegiate and professional athletes, personal training and teaching physical education.

He received his B.S. in Health and Physical Education from Tennessee Tech in 1999 and his M.S. in Exercise Science and Health Promotion from Virginia Tech in 2004. His personal fitness interests include Olympic weightlifting, Kettlebell training, and various types of functional movement and conditioning.

Marielle Suddarth

Coach at TNB-Fitness and Program Director of The New Beginnings Center, Marielle's coaching background originated in competitive ballroom and Latin dance.  During her undergraduate studies in the UK, Marielle competed on the Oxford University Dancesport ‘A team’, and upon graduation returned to Nashville where she coached students and competed professionally. In 2015 Marielle stumbled upon The New Beginnings Center and took part in the twelve-week program on the recommendation of a coworker.  However, Marielle found much more than an amazing fitness and wellness program, she additionally found her love for technique, physical activity, health, and wellness inspired her to become a certified personal trainer herself.  Marielle is passionate about helping women achieve and maintain a healthy body, and of equal importance, a healthy body image.

Melinda Sewak

Melinda is a Nashville-based actor, singer, and personal trainer. 

Melinda was raised by Haitian immigrant parents in Gaithersburg, Maryland. She attended Yale University, where she received a Bachelor of Arts in Theater Studies.

The day after she graduated she started fire academy, working as a firefighter and research coordinator in Maryland and DC. After a year, she began medical school at Meharry Medical College. She completed two years of instruction then two years of critical care research at Vanderbilt University before realizing she was more excited about healing through fitness and storytelling than medicine. 

Melinda is certified by the National Academy of Sports Medicine and has completed a 3-month internship at TNB-Fitness in the fall of 2018.
