On-going nutrition coaching is included with all of our memberships. You will receive our nutrition guide when you start. We'll sit down with you and explain each habit and then ask you to record what you eat each day on our food log and bring it with you to your workouts. Then we'll assess your current eating habits and ask you to work on one new habit at a time until you're comfortable with it. We will work with you to individualize your nutrition program to meet your needs and goals.
8-Week Nutrition Coaching Program
If you need more education, accountability or help dealing with changing your behaviors, then this class will help. This 8-week course goes deeper into the habits, explaining why they work and shows you how to incorporate them into your life as well as addressing your mindset around food. This isn't about rules, deprivation, or making you feel bad. It's not another "diet plan." It's about communication, connection, trust, learning, guidance and support. Break free of the diet roller coaster once and for all. We will teach you a simple, do-able and realistic approach to permanent success. One step at a time.
