Marielle Suddarth

Originally from Long Beach, California, Marielle has called Nashville home for going on fourteen years.  Her coaching background originated in competitive ballroom and Latin dance.  During her undergraduate studies in the UK, Marielle competed on the Oxford University Dancesport ‘A team’, and upon graduation returned to Nashville where she coached students and competed professionally.  After shifting her focus from dance, to working a classic 9-5, Marielle stumbled upon The New Beginnings Center and took part in the twelve-week program in hopes to regain some level of fitness.  However, Marielle found much more than an amazing fitness and wellness program, she additionally rediscovered her love for technique, physical activity, health, and coaching!  Now a certified personal trainer through the National Strength and Conditioning Association (NSCA), Marielle is passionate about helping women achieve and maintain a healthy body, and of equal importance, a healthy body image.
