There are few people who have been a TNB-Fitness member for 6yrs. Joining this club is our very own Anna Page! WOW! We took some time to ask Anna what TNB-Fitness has meant to her over this time. Here are some words on how being part of TNB Fitness has helped her!
“TNB Fitness has changed my life. I am undisciplined, unstructured and the queen of procrastination, yep -that's me! So, why am I so disciplined when it comes to my workout? Why do I stay?
What I am learning at TNB Fitness has practical applications in my everyday life. At first, I noticed the small changes, I could turn my head to change lanes, then other people noticed too.
One day at work, while lifting a heavy box and moving it from the counter to a floor level shelf, one of my staff yelled "Great squat, Anna!”
Six years with Tash and her team at TNB Fitness has helped me become stronger and more confident that I can do whatever "it" is on any day. If someone told me 6 years ago that “it” would be scaling the side of a mountain in Rwanda looking for Silverback Gorillas, I would not have believed them.
I'm a little grumpy at 5:30 in the morning, but grateful I have the opportunity to workout with Tash and her amazing team. I still procrastinate but three mornings a week, I am there and have been for 6 years.”
It is amazing how consistency and dedication to yourself can make such an amazing impact in your life! CONGRATULATIONS Anna Page! We are enormously proud of you!!
