How long have you been a member of TNBFITNESS?

Since March, 2018

What attracted you to TNBFITNESS/What motivated you to join TNB?

There are three reasons I wanted to join TNB/FITNESS. My first reason is that it’s a social enterprise. TNBFITNESS helps financially support New Beginnings, which works with women of low income to teach nutrition and fitness for themselves and their children. My second reason is I wanted my strength training to be with experienced coaches and in a warm and safe environment.  The third reason is I wanted a customized training program that fit for me. When I asked to join, I was given a physical assessment by Tash Weddle, the CEO. She then prepared my customized training schedule based on the outcome of the assessment..

How do you feel now compared to when you started training at TNB?

I feel 100% better now than when I started TNB.  Every part of my body is stronger than it was before I joined.  Even my husband would say that I’m stronger now.

How has TNB helped you reach your goals?

1.     My individualized program. It focuses on my areas that need to be strengthened.

2.    The coaches.  Each of the coaches help me with each exercise I do. They watch me and tweek (change any part of my body to help perform the exercise correctly) during the exercise– which helps enormously.  The coaches continually give me - and others there- affirmation about how we are performing. That helps enormously and encourages me to work even harder.

3.    The environment. The space is fully equipped, spotlessly clean, great music. Everyone there – coaches and clients– are friendly. It’s a completely safe environment.

What advice would you give to a person looking to join TNB?

I believe anyone looking to build their own strength should join TNB for its individualized  programming; excellent coaches and the safe, friendly and warm environment.

Complete this sentence - TNB is...

...Unique in its approach to strength training. Each client has her individual program and coaches are there; always working with each client.  The environment is a safe haven for all types of women.

Client Last words:

You can’t find a better place to build your own strength while you help other women of low income be able to attend classes to build their strength.
