Why did you want to go through the AMAZING 12 program at TNBFITNESS?

I was struggling with diet, exercise, and health issues. Honestly, I felt if I did not make an immediate change my health would continue to decline. When I met with Tash and she described the program, I knew it was exactly what I needed to reset my health.

What goals did you accomplish during the 12 weeks?

My mindset going in to the program was to be healthier. I accomplished that by following the meal plan and giving 100% to every workout. Through the process, I was able to buy smaller pants and see changes in my body. The gains I made in the gym with A12 were phenomenal and exceeded what I thought was possible.

How do you feel now compared to when you started the AMAZING 12 program?

The Amazing 12 program helped me regain health and confidence I desperately needed.  My body and mind are stronger as a result. 

What advice would you give to a person looking to start the AMAZING 12 program?

Think of the program as opportunity to reach a new level of health and fitness. Regardless of your current condition you will make improvements. Take one day at a time. Don’t focus on how many weeks are left or what week you are in. Make the most of each workout and eat the proper food to refuel/repair your body.
