Kat and Megan recently completed The Amazing 12 Transformation Program and their results are outstanding! We're excited to be able to offer such a great program that truly produces amazing results. Here are their thoughts on the program:

Why did you want to go through the AMAZING 12 program at TNBFITNESS?
Megan: I wanted to participate in the Amazing 12 program because as a coach and an athlete, I had always trained for sport or performance. It was very different to train for a transformation. I looked at the program as a challenge, just like any competition I’d done, but I was able to compete against myself and make myself better along the way.
Kat: I wanted a guided program that got results in an environment that was based on positivity and empowerment.
What goals did you accomplish during the 12 weeks?
Megan: During the Amazing 12 I lost 10 pounds but my body changed dramatically. I increased all of my major lifts and am especially proud of increasing my deadlift from 110 to 155, a body weight deadlift for me!
Kat: I went in to the program with a clear and open mind. I hit strength gains in these 12 weeks that had taken me a year or more to accomplish in previous training programs.
How do you feel now compared to when you started the AMAZING 12 program?
Megan: I feel so much more confident and healthy compared to when I started the A12. I’m proud of myself for sticking with the program and making such a dramatic change. Not only do I feel better physically, but I am more confident in my skills as a coach because of what I’ve done.
Kat: I feel more self-confident. Not only do I feel more knowledgeable technically, I feel like I have a better understanding of what my body can handle. I have a new felt appreciation and respect for what I'm capable of and what can be accomplished. I feel proud.
What advice would you give to a person looking to start the AMAZING 12 program?
Megan: I would recommend this program to anyone who wants to see a significant change in the way they look. It’s a lot of work but it’s absolutely worth it in the end.
Kat: You can google and search and download all the apps you want. Reach out. Get the conversation started. Make your mind up and when you are ready, just wake up every day for the next 12 weeks and show up to the gym. That's 90% of the battle...just show up.
