How long have you been a member of TNBFITNESS?

Since September 2013

 What attracted you to TNBFITNESS/What motivated you to join TNB?

My friend was a member and I was looking for an all women’s workout option with personal training available.  TNB Fitness has been the perfect choice!  It provides an encouraging, challenging environment for me to set and achieve my fitness goals.  And I’ve met so many amazing friends along the way.  

How do you feel now compared to when you started training at TNB?

When I started training at TNB, I was considerably weaker than I am now.  I could only do assisted chin ups and knee pushups.  Now I can do multiple unassisted chins and regular push-ups.  Also, I wasn’t training with free weights, which has opened up a whole new world of possibilities for me.  

How has TNB helped you reach your goals?

With the staff’s help, I’ve set quarterly goals and follow a workout routine designed to meet those goals.  Since I’m goal driven and extremely competitive with myself, I love this aspect of the program.  It pushes me to perform workout sets that I never dreamed possible when I started the program.  I can’t stress the importance of having the right support when working toward aggressive goals.  Form and technique are absolutely critical and TNB’s trainers ensure that mine are correct.

What advice would you give to a person looking to join TNB?

Come visit the facility and meet with Tash to see what a unique and powerful program TNB offers.  It’s truly revolutionary!

The other aspect of TNB Fitness—The New Beginnings Center—provides lifestyle coaching to women who otherwise would not have access to it.  That makes TNB Fitness all the more impactful for me—I love the idea of helping others help themselves!!
