How long have you been a member of TNB FITNESS? 

Since February 2016

What attracted you to TNBFITNESS/What motivated you to join TNB?

I was motivated by the desire to improve my fitness level, have more energy and to have the capacity to be more active in my daily life.

 

How do you feel now compared to when you started training at TNB?

Working out at TNB has vastly improved my strength and energy.  I have been working out at TNB for about eight months and today I feel better physically and mentally as well. 

 

How has TNB helped you reach your goals?

The structure and coaching have been outstanding in providing a comprehensive program customized for my needs, as well as providing the guidance to manage my activity level without sustaining injury.  I also have considerably more confidence in myself and in my ability to undertake physical challenges that would have inhibited me before starting my program here.

 

What advice would you give to a person looking to join TNB?

It is critically important to have a sense of total commitment to following the program and exercising regularly, following the guidance the trainers provide.  They will evaluate and understand your limits, your long-term goals and how to help you reach those safely.
