How long have you been a member of TNBFITNESS?
June of 2015.
What attracted you to TNBFITNESS/What motivated you to join TNB?
My mom was invited to a fundraiser for TNB and was instantly in love with the concept of the program. She was constantly talking to me about it, and urged me to check it out. From my first day in the gym, I was completely sold.
How do you feel now compared to when you started training at TNB?
I have made a complete 180 mentally and physically since starting the program. When I first joined, I had little to no motivation to do anything for my fitness. It became clear as I started the program that the team was dedicated to helping me reach my goals and eliminating my doubts. I now feel like an athlete, and becoming strong and healthy has been such a positive part of my life.
How has TNB helped you reach your goals?
With the reputable training I’ve received, I now have defined muscles and a new, everyday energy that I’ve never had before. My workout is always challenging, and it has been amazing to move up to heavier weights for certain exercises. Self-improvement is what I find motivation in, rather than comparing myself to other people’s fitness abilities. Since starting the program, I have lost over 30 pounds, and I have gained priceless knowledge.
What advice would you give to a person looking to join TNB?
I would advise anyone considering TNB to stick to it, because the idea can seem daunting at first. Change is scary, but at the end of the day you have to want that change. I chose to commit to it, and through that decision I have found a community of loving, supportive people.
