What attracted you to TNBFITNESS/What motivated you to join TNB?
Being an athlete before college I always thought I knew what I was doing in the gym. But the more I went the less I liked it and the more I realized I was hurting myself more than helping myself. I found TNB online and after one class I knew it was the perfect fit. The trainers are always looking out for you and making sure you are doing each exercise correctly so you don’t hurt yourself but strengthen yourself. I love all the women in the classes and they motivate me to do better and be a better person.
How do you feel now compared to when you started training at TNB?
I feel great! I have never been very flexible and have never been able to touch my toes, which doesn’t sound like much but, after three months of working out at TNB I can touch my toes and feel a lot stronger overall.
How has TNB helped you reach your goals?
TNB has provided a safe and fun place to workout and become a stronger person. Each group class is always a bit different and the women in the classes always motivate me to do the best I can.
What advice would you give to a person looking to join TNB?
Try just one class and I promise you will be coming back for more. That’s all that it took for me.
