How long have you been a member of TNB Fitness? Since June 2014
What attracted you to TNB? What motivated you to join TNB?
I was attracted to TNB because it is geared to women of middle age and over. I felt out of control. I was feeling old and fat and wanted to gain control over my health.
How do you feel now compared to when you started training at TNB?
I feel much stronger and more energetic. When I began the program I had knee and foot pain that I assumed was arthritis. I no longer experience this pain.
How has TNB helped you reach your goals?
TNB provides personalized work-out plans that are based upon my current level of strength and flexibility. I am never allowed to settle into a plateau which results in steady improvement. Adjustments are made when any injuries or pain may occur. Nutritional guidance is also offered.
What advice would you give to a person looking to join TNB?
You will not find a more skilled and supportive team of trainers. All you have to do is show up and be ready to work. You will get results. You will be inspired by the other TNB clients. There is no judgment and no competition.
