How long have you been a member of TNB? July 2014

What attracted you to TNB? What motivated you to join?  
It’s emphasis on women over 40 and the individualization of the fitness plan to address specific weaknesses.

How do you feel now compared to when you started training at TNB?
I have a lot less neck and back problems and I feel my posture has improved as well.

How has TNB helped you reach your goals?
It has helped to improve my strength and core and subsequently has lessened the reoccurrence of the back and neck issues that have affected me for the last 15 years.

What advice would you give to a person looking to join TNB?
To get the best results try to be consistent with attendance and give feedback to the trainers so they can adjust your workout and minimize injuries.

TNB is ... a great, supportive and nurturing environment for anyone to make some positive , long lasting changes to their quality of life

I may not always enjoy every aspect of every training exercise but I always appreciate the support and encouragement of the trainers and recognize that they have not killed me yet ! ;)
