What attracted you to TNBFITNESS/What motivated you to join TNB?
My friend Carol Titus had been telling me about TNB and invited me to one of the fundraising workouts. I loved the workout, and the concept. Then I won a session with Tash and was convinced this was the place for me.
How do you feel now compared to when you started training at TNB?
I am amazed at how much better I feel in so many ways. I have more energy, am able to accomplish daily tasks so much more easily, and have increased my abilities in the hobbies my husband and I enjoy….hiking and biking.
How has TNB helped you reach your goals?
The coaches at TNB are helpful and supportive, yet challenge me to keep getting stronger and never give up. All my fellow members encourage me and challenge me as well. The whole team and environment make me want to try harder and just keep on keepin’ on, which is my goal. And we have such a good time!
What advice would you give to a person looking to join TNB?
I would say just give it a try. You will work hard and feel great. And you will feel like you can do anything you set your mind to.
