What attracted you to TNBFITNESS/What motivated you to join TNB?
In the spring of 2014, I was searching for a place I could get both nutrition and exercise coaching in Nashville. Then in June, I saw a newspaper article about TNBFITNESS which was described as having both nutrition and exercise training, was for women only, and also has a non-profit component – all of which was appealing to me. So I called Tash and set up an evaluation appointment. After meeting with Tash, I felt sure TNB was just what I'd been looking for.
How do you feel now compared to when you started training at TNB?
When I started at TNB on July 15, 2014, I was overweight, addicted to sugar and processed carbs, depressed, had little energy, arthritis pain with reduced mobility and problems with balance and flexibility. In the last 7 months, I've developed healthier eating habits, lost over twenty pounds, gained strength, balance and flexibility, have less arthritis pain and decreased triglyceride level by 40%. I now have confidence, energy and enthusiasm for life. I feel healthier than ever. Although I still have occasional sugar cravings, I now feel I’m in control, not my sugar addiction. I love going to TNB Fitness to work out and would go every day if possible. None of these changes would have happened if not for the excellent staff at TNB, who are knowledgeable, encouraging, thoughtful and fun.
How has TNB helped you reach your goals?
TNB is helping me reach my goals by providing movement evaluation, training in proper exercise techniques to gain strength and agility, monitoring of changes in physical abilities and recommending ways to improve, nutrition counseling, sharing recipes and encouragement in all areas.
What advice would you give to a person looking to join TNB?
Call today for an evaluation appointment at TNB. Make a commitment to your health. You are worth it. TNB is the best gift I could have given myself.

From past experience, I developed an aversion to gyms. I felt embarrassed both because of the shape my body was in and the fear of being watched and judged, but also because I didn’t know how to use the equipment or proper exercise techniques.
