TNB Fitness Member Spotlight: Pam Rice

How long have you been a member of TNBFITNESS? 
Since April of 2014

What attracted you to TNBFITNESS/What motivated you to join TNB?
I was initially drawn to TNB's women-only environment and the personalized training approach that met me where I was at the time. The nutritional counseling was also a draw. Plus, I was excited that my membership would contribute in a small way to TNB's non-profit side, The New Beginnings Center.

How do you feel now compared to when you started training at TNB?
A lot of the aches and pains that I thought were a normal part of aging are gone. I'm stronger than I've ever been before, I have more energy than I've had in years, and my balance and flexibility have dramatically improved. I've lost over 40 pounds and now live a more active lifestyle, pursuing activities that I didn't feel like doing before, such as biking & hiking.

How has TNB helped you reach your goals?
The workouts are customized to my level of fitness, gradually and safely pushing me to each next level, and are rewritten every few weeks to keep them interesting and challenging.  TNB's overall approach to health has helped me to stay motivated in my training program at the gym and to stay focused on healthy nutrition, good sleep habits, and stress management the rest of the time.

What advice would you give to a person looking to join TNB?  
Try it!  I knew after the first session that I was in the right place and that it would be hard to find more encouraging and qualified coaches anywhere else.
